Originally from the Clackamas area but I was working in Yellowstone National Park and accepted a Sous Chef position at The Resort at The Mountain. Moved back to be closer to family.

Tapas, seafood, pastas, bbq pretty much everything but if I had to choose one it would be TACOS!

Watching my daughters play sports, traveling in our RV, fly fishing and golfing

My two daughters, Addison and Hayden

A memorable dinner:
Sitting next to a campfire with my Grandpa at his friend’s house in Ninilchik, Alaska. We were eating the fresh halibut we caught and razor clams that we dug while watching moose graze in the yard.

A funny moment from your life that you can share:
My wife and I driving down one-way streets in the wrong direction trying to navigate our way out of San Jose, Costa Rica with a map (before google!). We were a hot mess!

My sister so our family could see her one more time
